All our products on Earthen Me are made from either waste or natural fiber. You can choose from our exclusive range of bags, folders, wallets, purses, t-shirts and numerous types of stationary products.
If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, your full money will be refunded.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, then it can be exchanged for any other product of any value. Inform us at contactearthenme@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.
If you find any product defective or not as per what you had ordered, and you wish to replace it, the same can be done within 30 days of delivery to you. It will be done without any extra cost to you. All you need to do is mail us at contactearthenme@gmail.com and leave the rest to us.
Upon receipt of the order, we will ship the order within 3 business days from our warehouse and the shipping details will be intimated to you by email or sms.
For all areas serviced by our partner couriers the delivery time will be within 7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
